What are your Shipping & Delivery policies?


Your total shipping charges are based on the weight, size, and destination address.  Please note that we have a minimum ship charge of $12.50 per order. Also, we currently only use Fedex shipping, and typically ship out via Fedex Ground shipping. Special requests on shipping methods (faster shipping) can be requested by calling 855-633-4629, and we can make accomodations. If applicable, special shipping promotions and offers may reduce or eliminate shipping charges. When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the overall weight/volume of products ordered.  

We currently ship product to all 50 US states. However, shipments to Alaska and Hawaii will typically cost more.

In general, orders placed by 12pm PST will usually ship out on the same day. Delivery time for orders within Southern California and parts of Nevada (for orders made before 12pm PST) are typically next day.Typical delivery time is 2-3 days for western US states, and 4-5 days for central/eastern US states.


How secure is this site?


All of your information provided to us is for the express purpose of processing your order. By supplying such information, we will retain only the information needed to complete your order and keep a log for our business transactions. Any information provided to us will not be shared with any other company or 3rd Party.

We protect the security of your personal information during transmission by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts (scrambles) information you input.


What is your Returns Policy?


You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a replacement, credit, or refund.

Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

In order to initiate an return, you can contact us at 855-633-4629 or at sales@mmtneuro.com to receive an RA#. Alternately, you can email us by navigating to the "Orders and Returns" link under the Account Links menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We will email you an RA#. You must receive a Return Authorization Number (RA#) prior to sending your return.  Items returned without a RA# printed on the outside of the shipping box will be returned to the customer.

Returned items received 31-59 days after initial receipt will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Returns received 60 days or longer will not be processed.  All returns must be in original packaging, and in saleable condition. 


Do you have a Policy for sterilized products?


Any products that are pre-sterilized cannot be accepted for returns/refunds if the original sterilization seal is broken. Partial credit/refund/exchanges are not allowed




Do you have a Cancellation Policy?

Cancellation of order requests made by 12pm PST (from the same day of order) will not be subject to any restocking fee. Cancellation requests made after 12pm PST (from the same day of order) will be subject to a 20% restocking fee

What Payment options do you have? 


Currently we only accept credit cards for payment. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express.
